3:00 - 4:00 PM CET
The AI Impact Scaling Program supports social impact organizations with proven interventions to scope, build, and deploy AI.
Applications to the program are open through April 8.
This session is the fastest way to understand the program, hear from organizations already part of it, and get your questions answered before you apply.
31 organizations across more than 20 countries are already in the pilot cohort, working in health, education, climate, economic opportunity, and disaster management. Two of them will join this session to share what the experience has been like.
Magdalena Gawlak from Aflatoun International will describe how the program is helping them explore AI to scale financial literacy education for children and young people across 100+ countries. Benjamin Wachira from Emergency Medicine Kenya Foundation will share how the specialized hubs and community have supported their work building emergency care systems across East Africa.
Angelika Nocon, SIO Engagement Manager at Tech To The Rescue, will cover eligibility, the application process, and what makes a strong submission. Ana Camerano, Head of the AI Impact Scaling Program, will walk through the full 12 month journey: from onboarding through matching with a pro bono tech partner, development, and Demo Day.
The session closes with open Q&A. Bring your specific questions about eligibility, time commitment, matching, or anything else.
This session is for you if:
You lead a social impact organization with a validated intervention and real users, and you are exploring how AI could help you scale
You have been considering the Scaling Program but have questions about eligibility, time commitment, or what the program actually involves
You work in health, education, climate, economic opportunity, or disaster management and want to hear from peers navigating AI adoption in similar contexts
You need to make the case internally before applying and want concrete details about what the program delivers (equivalent services on the open market cost $150,000 to $330,000 per organization)
