By submitting the application form for registration in the Tech to the Rescue NGO Database, you accept the conditions indicated in these Conditions of Entering Tech to the Rescue’s NGO Database and You confirm that the statements in points 2-5 below are accurate with regards to You and the NGO which you are applying for registration.
  2. You are duly authorized by this NGO to apply for its registration in Tech to the Rescue’s NGO Database.
  3. NGO that You represent is officially registered as non-profit organization under the law of its country of origin.
  4. The information You are providing in the application form is accurate, complete, and up to date. You will inform Tech to the Rescue about any changes by sending an e-mail to the address: [email protected].
  5. NGO abides by the following rules („Community Guidelines”):
  6. It does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, political affiliation or beliefs, sexual orientation, or gender identity or expression;
  7. It does not exist to solely propagate a belief in a specific faith or limit the provision of their services only to people of a specific faith.
  8. By submitting the application form for registration in Tech to the Rescue NGO Database, You agree to be contacted by Tech to the Rescue.
  9. Tech to the Rescue (“We”, “Our”, “Us”) reserves the right to reject Your application for registration in the Tech to the Rescue NGO Database submitted in this form at its sole discretion, without indicating a reason.
  10. We reserve the right to remove any NGO from the NGO Database at Our sole discretion, without indicating a reason, in particular, if:
  11. the NGO loses the status of a registered non-profit organization under the law of its country of incorporation;
  12. the NGO takes actions that are inconsistent with Our values, Community Guidelines or rules of social coexistence.
  13. We cannot guarantee that NGO that You represent will receive technological support from any tech company or direct contact from Us, however, We will endeavor to include your NGO in Our undertakings.
